EN 853 2SN Steel Wire Reinforced Hydraulic Hose for Outdoor Applications
EN 853 2SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering water and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids in the working temperature of -40 °C to +100 °C. And it can work intermittently in the temperature of 120 °C. It is mainly used for outside applications such as coast, forest, factories and the similar areas where excellent abrasion resistance is needed. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality synthetic rubber blend, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oil. The reinforcement is made from two layers of high tensile steel wires, making the hose work very well in the high pressure conditions. The cover is made from abrasion, weather, cut, aging and sunlight resistant synthetic rubber.
