Nylon Resin Hose with Different Structures
Nylon resin hose has wide application because of its advantages. It is resistant to solvents, organic acids, alkalis and oils. It is also resistant to abrasion, corrosion and cracking. What’s more, it will not be brittle or swell. Besides, it is lightweight and it can be bent freely. The nylon resin hose can be divided into three kinds according to structure: nylon pressure pipe, fiber reinforced nylon resin hose and steel wire reinforced nylon resin hose.
Nylon pressure hose
Nylon pressure hose is resistant to abrasion and corrosion caused by chemical fluids. It is flexible and easy to install. It has slippery inner surface, making water or other fluids flow smoothly. It has steady size and it is not easy to deform. And it has very low permeability. It is composed of two parts: inner surface and outer wall. The inner surface is made from high quality resin and the outer wall is made from nylon.

Application of nylon pressure hose:
- It can be used to deliver air, water and chemical fluids.
- It is used in irrigation control system, textile mill, food product factory, vehicles and the fuel delivery system of steamship.
- It is also used in vacuum and air conditioning system.
The details of nylon pressure hose:
- Working temperature: -40 °C to +120 °C.
- Inner diameter: 4 mm to 80 mm.
- Wall thickness: 0.75 mm to 3 mm.

Fiber reinforced nylon resin hose
Fiber reinforced nylon resin hose is widely used in many industries for its advantages. It is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, chemical fluids and oils. It is also resistant to high temperature and high pressure. Besides, it has long service life because of its excellent aging resistance. It is composed of three parts: inner surface, reinforcement and outer wall. The inner surface is made from resin, making the fluids go through it smoothly. The reinforcement is made from high quality synthetic fiber, making the hose have solid structure. The cover is made from nylon of various colors, making the hose colorful.

Application of fiber reinforced nylon resin hose:
- It is widely used in vehicles, such as automobile pressure braking system, power steering system, brake pipe control system.
- It is used in excavator, loader and crane, such as hydraulic transportation system and the hydraulic control system of engineering machinery.
- It is also used in liquid resin pipeline.
Steel wire reinforced nylon resin hose
steel wire reinforced nylon resin hose is widely used in vehicles and engineering machinery. It is also used for fluid transmission of hoisting and conveying machinery. Besides, it is used as the high pressure spraying paint hose and high pressure cleaning hose thanks to its excellent high pressure resistance. It is also resistant to oils, heat and aging.
